Members can still fill out the 2025 Career Benchmark Survey to help the AAFP update the Career Benchmark Dashboard and we need your help to spread the word! The survey has been extended to December 15.
Filling out the survey will help with compiling data that will provide an even more robust picture of modern compensation and satisfaction for family physicians across the United States. It includes questions about direct primary care and obstetrical care and will allow you to compare 2023 to 2025 numbers to give you an understanding of how the entire compensation package has changed in the past two years.
The survey is anonymous, takes less than 10 minutes, and includes new questions based on member feedback. The more data collected, the stronger this resource becomes for the entire specialty.
The Career Benchmark Dashboard is the first tool of its kind designed to give family physician insights into compensation, job satisfaction, CME funding and more. It's filterable for the characteristics members care about most, like geography, practice setting, and scope!
