Primary care is most effective when integrated with public health initiatives.

This dashboard serves as a tool to identify services provided by your local health department that may benefit you and your patients.

The services mentioned do not constitute an exhaustive list of what your health department has to offer, so we also encourage you to visit your local health department’s website directly for further information (a link to each health department is provided below).

This is a collaborative endeavor between the MDAFP and the Maryland Association of County Health Officers (MACHO).

A note from the MDH to County Health Officers
