Physician Compensation: Solutions to its Impact on Patient Care and Access

On Wednesday, September 17, the Baltimore County Medical Association, and MDAFP are collaborating on a panel, "Physician Compensation: Solutions to its Impact on Patient Care and Access." Join the Baltimore County Medical Association (BCMA), MDAFP, and the MedChi Council to discuss how to improve compensation for Maryland Physicians. 

MDAFP’s Vice-President, Dr. Robin Motter-Mast, will serve as moderator. Below are the featured panelist:

The panel will have the following learning objectives:

  • Review why Maryland’s physician compensation is among the lowest in the nation.
  • Discuss ways to improve Maryland’s lowest-in the-nation physician compensation and its ill-effects on patient care and access.
  • List concrete ways to implement next steps to improve physician compensation.
