MDAFP is launching a Performance Improvement Project designed to help member practices identify Type 1 Diabetes patients before they present in diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA).
The one-day, in-person training on August 29 qualifies for ABFM PIP credit and is open to you and your practice team.
Who should attend: Each practice is encouraged to bring their full care team, including physicians, nurses, and medical assistants.

After training day, your practice will move into implementation with structured check-ins at 30, 60, and 90 days.
