Missed the registration deadline? You can still join MDAFP on February 27 - March 1 for the 2026 Annual Meeting & Winter Refresher (AMWR) at the Graduate Annapolis for a weekend of CME and networking.

We provide on-site registration, so don't hesitate to join us as your schedule allows.

Cancellations

MDAFP must receive notice of cancellation in writing no later than Friday, February 6. Requests for full cancellations will be refunded less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations or no-shows after this date are not eligible for a refund. 

Please allow up to four weeks for delivery of refund. Fees will be refunded the same way they were paid to the MDAFP. This policy covers registration and ticketed events.

CME Accrediation

The AAFP has reviewed 2026 MDAFP Annual Meeting & Winter Refresher, and deemed it acceptable for AAFP credit. Term of approval is from 02/27/2026 to 03/01/2026. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

This session the Pre-Conference Skills Workshop is approved for 3 live AAFP Prescribed credits.

This session the Winter Refresher Conference is approved for 11 live AAFP Prescribed credits.

This session, the Palliative Care KSA is approved for 8 live AAFP Prescribed credits.

MDAFP's Policy on AI Notetaking

AI Notetaking Policy: The use of AI notetaking tools (including transcription software, voice recognition apps, and automated meeting assistants) is prohibited during MDAFP meetings. Participants are expected to use traditional notetaking methods to protect the confidentiality and integrity of all discussions. Exceptions require prior approval from the meeting organizer.
