As your executive director, I find tremendous joy in serving you.
This job gives me a great deal of gratification in so many areas of my responsibility, including working with MDAFP’s great leaders, engaging members in our advocacy efforts, getting to know and helping nurture FM residents and medical students interested in Family Medicine, as well as working with my great staff to do the work of the strategic plan.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family (especially my grandbabies), hanging out with friends and spending time outdoors.
My main focus is the development of fundraising programs and sponsorship collaboration to provide funding essential to supporting foundation and academy programs and services. I really enjoy promoting the specialty of family medicine to students and collaborating with MDAFP leadership to help enhance the quality of family medicine in Maryland.
When I am not working, I enjoy playing golf and spending time with family and friends.
