Samyukta(Sam) is a Family Medicine Resident Physician currently serving as Chief Resident for the 2026–2027 academic year at the University of Maryland Capital Region Health. She brings over a decade of clinical experience to her practice, including a specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Her core interests include Women's health, Lifestyle Medicine, and Point-of-Care Ultrasound (POCUS). As a member of the board, she aims to contribute to MDAFP by advocating for physician wellness, fostering medical education, and advancing physician advocacy across the state and nation.
