Dr. Papino-Higgs (Dr. Papino) works at Calvert Health Primary Care in Solomons Maryland. She serves currently as the Chair of the Department of Family Medicine for Calvert Health Medical Center and is also a member of the Executive Operation Council for Calvert Health Medical Group. She graduated from the University of Genoa School of Medicine & Surgery in Italy and completed her Residency at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) affiliated Bon Secours Saint Francis Family Medicine program in Midlothian Virginia.

Dr. Papino lives in the Solomons Maryland area with her husband and two daughters where they enjoy the Chesapeake Bay lifestyle. She loves to teach NP students and to educate her patients to help manage with chronic diseases, develop stress relief techniques, plan dietary & exercise regimens as well as treat any acute illnesses that may arise.
