Jenna Kanner is a fourth-year medical student at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. Before medical school, she attended the University of Wisconsin, Madison, where she studied neuroscience and psychology, and worked at the National Institute for Child Health and Human Development. Her current areas of interest include reproductive justice, gender-affirming care, addiction medicine, health policy and medical education. Outside of medicine, you can find Jenna throwing mugs on a pottery wheel, hosting dinner parties, or hiking to a local swimming hole!
