CME Quizzes
The Maryland Family Doctor
publication has been reviewed and is acceptable for Prescribed credits by the
American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP). AAFP Prescribed credit is
accepted by the American Medical Association (AMA) as equivalent to AMA PRA
Category 1 credit toward the AMA Physicians Recognition Award. Each accredited
edition is approved for two years. The quizzes posted below are currently
available for credit. The number of credits approved is noted on each quiz.
Directions for Quiz Takers
Complete the online quiz for one or more of the
editions listed below - click on edition (s).
You have the option of sending the quiz
electronically (preferred) or via fax or email. If the latter, fax to the MAFP
office at 410-744-6059 or email to
info@mdafp.org.
Once received, you will receive a confirmation. MAFP
staff will report journal CME credits to AAFP in incremental batches. AAFP posts
credits on member records according to their schedule. Your confirmation
from MAFP assures the credits. No need to contact the MAFP office in that
regard.
